Tokio Hotel have been nominated in two categories at Peta2′s Libby Awards 2011:
* Most Animal Friendly Band
and
* Best peta2 Ad
Surely everybody still remembers the twins being chained up and caged for their “Get Wild Animals out of the Cicus”-Campaign photo shoot but here’s a reminder anyway.^^
Voting ends on 23rd December 2011 and the winners will be announced on 17th January 2012.
The peta2 site states the following with regards to how winners will be chosen:
The winners will be chosen by peta2 based on equal consideration of three factors: the number of votes received, the quality of the animal-friendly product or the nominees’ enthusiasm for being animal-friendly, and feedback from the nominees’ fans.
